I once found an old guy on the side of the road with blood on his head while I was out & about at work. He was conscious but not in the best of states. I called him an ambulance but the ambulance woman said he had to say if he wanted one (if he is conscious). I asked, he refused and that was that.

  9. Great entry!

By the way about the weird Asian car brand ‘mistuyoshi’ which i never heard of, even though im from Asia, I’m guessing you meant Mitsubishi, however i’m pretty sure it says ‘toYOta’.

  12. Meine Herren, was Du so alles erlebst.

  14. The image of the man by the bike, very powerful. I wonder how many people walked by him, without noticing.

  15. Been waiting for a new entry a couple of days now.. It was a treat this morning to browse it, great work again, though a bit gloomy – but I don’t think it your fault, just the time of the year…
    Best!

  26. Dear Photogapher,

was ist das Leben im Dunkel wieder sehr schönn auf Pellicule gebrännt.

Really made me stay gasping for air when the poor frozen man came on the screen.

Spass machen is ein Ding, Leben daraussen ist schwerr wann du nur eine Jacke und eine Flasche besitzt.

    Keep up the good work.

    Grüssen,
    Reiner

    PS I’m not an italian…

  27. Man Sev, your photos are pretty damn inspirational. They really are the one thing forcing me to think about getting a rangefinder and ditching my current gear.

I wish I lived closer to the city so that I could do more street shooting, but until then I’ll just get my fix here.

They really are awesome, looking forward to seeing what you produce at your workshop with Weeks.

  34. What on earth would you be doing in Chemnitz?! It’s my hometown, so that’s a reason to go there for me, but I really couldn’t think of any other reason. I tend to avoid it if I can. Not too bad for bleak street shots though. Btw, I love your work. Always an inspiration! L
