still just catching up. this blog features some frames from vienna, but more importantly photos from a few days long trip to london in august 2014. as a street photographer, my view of this city was shaped a lot by in-public photographers, like matt stuart but also by benchmarks set by martin parr and others. although I only had a few days, I’m pretty happy with the outcome. It has been relieving to shoot in a new city, that has it’s very own character and I enjoyed it a lot to capture it in my way.

  1. that manspreading picture is intense.
thanks for the virtual trip to london!

  3. Thanks for all the photos, so many, but very enjoyable! Can’t pick any favorites, but the one with the legs is sticking in my memory. Good work!

  4. Been lurking and looking at your photographs for a couple of years. Really nice work. One day your body of work will be estimable and or it already is. If you shoot for the pleasure and the sense of worth it gives you, you are already receiving great value. What are you shooting presently, if you don’t mind my asking. Have you ever lusted after a Leica Monochrom?

  5. hi!

thank you for your comment! i like the concept of the m-monochrome.. but in the end it is still digital. i don’t talk about quality or comfort, i just like the workflow with film and in the darkroom. best, severin.
